HEALING

H: Healing the heart:  Learn how to heal and reduce stress  with the HeartMath Method. Kim is a HeartMath Practitioner and will help you identify HOW TO relieve worry, tension, and fatigue.

OPTIMIZE

O: Optimize overall health:

We will assess all parts of your overall health including emotional, physical, spiritual, environmental health and learn how to optimize all the things YOU want to change.

AWAKENING

A: Awakening the soul: 

Get excited to learn how to give yourself permission to turn worry and emotional stress into new, exciting feelings to PUSH into your DESTINY.

NOURISHMENT

N: Nourishment with whole foods:

"FOOD is thy medicine." We will discover a deep assessment into nutrition and learn about functional nutrition and how this can change your overall health. 

REJUVENATE

R: Relieve stress, rejuvenation:

Learn to take time for SELF care which is a catalyst for SELF development and then experience SELF transformation.

YOU

Y: YOU are loved MOST importantly:

You will learn to LOVE YOURSELF and become whole, well, AND confident by the end of this program to succeed FOR LIFE.

MEDITATION

M: Mindfulness and meditation:

With each session, Kim will offer you mindfulness meditation, stress reduction tools, and awareness practices.  Integrate this into your life on a daily basis.

H.O.P.E METHOD

6-week program to identify your inner desires and begin the journey to unlock self-transformation to a healthier you. Learn stress reduction tools, optimize overall health and start to connect body, mind and soul.

Get to the heart of the moment with meditation and aromatherapy.

 

60 minutes of breathwork.

 

Service Description

Give yourself a moment to reflect, relax and rejuvenate. Research proves meditation and aromatherapy help with overall stress/anxiety reduction.
