Come join us as we come together to let go, breathe and quiet the mind through meditation. Kim Karraker is a Board-Certified Nurse Coach and HeartMath Certified Practitioner focusing on stress management and self-love. She is highly intuitive and leads her meditations with an empathic heart.
Meditation circles have been a great way to connect with other people who are also seeking ways to release stress, find inner peace, and cultivate compassion.
