Please come join us as we come together to let go, breathe and quiet the mind through meditation. ย Kim Karraker is a Board-Certified Nurse Coach and HeartMath Certified Practitioner focusing on stress management and self love. She is highly intuitive and leads her meditations with an empathic heart.ย
Meditation circles have been a great way to connect with other people who are also seeking ways to release stress, find inner peace, and cultivate compassion.ย
Come to learn how to meditate or deepen your meditation practice, connect with like-minded individuals, and find support and encouragement on your inner peace, and spiritual journey.
Kim welcomes anyone to this circle. There will be cacao โ๏ธ(raw cacao derived from cocoa beans) offered to begin our heart healing meditation. ย
